DAY 1: Arrival and Mountain Pass Adventure

Team meets in Anchorage around 3pm. For early arrivals, we’ll store your luggage and offer tips for exploring the town .

We can do some last minute shopping before we depart the civilization for a remote mountain pass known for its stunning alpine scenery and rich history.

  

Enjoy the perfect place to disconnect from the internet and phone, immersing yourself in nature.

  

Conclude the day with Grill dinner amidst mountain scenery, fostering connections with fellow travelers.


DAY 2: Roadtrip to Valdez

Explore historic gold mines before breakfast by an alpine lake, taking in the tranquil morning beauty.

We will drive approximately 200 miles through stunning landscapes to a charming fishing town off the beaten path.


Along the way we will do an Alpine hike and explore breathtaking waterfalls.

 

In the evening we can do some salmon fishing with a great wildlife opportunity as bears, bald eagles and sea lions also come to fish at this prime location.


DAY 3: Glacier Kayaking 

Spend 5-6 hours kayaking around gigantic icebergs in a glacier lake. Marvel at the majestic icebergs, ice caves and other glacial formations as you paddle through the pristine waters. Take breaks along the shore to enjoy the untouched scenery, explore glacial streams, and scramble to scenic viewpoints.

In the evening we will dive into the local vibe in the fishing village. Gather around a big fire with local fishermen. Exchange stories and learn about the local way of life.

Fish for salmon if desired.


DAY 4: Matanuska Glacier Exploration 

Travel to the stunning Matanuska Glacier with flexible itinerary based on the weather.

  We will have great opportunities for hiking and exploring secret locations known only to locals. Capture breathtaking photos of the glacier and surrounding wilderness.


DAY 5: Ice-Climbing

Begin the day with a guided hike on the Matanuska Glacier using crampons for secure footing on the ice. Learn about glacier formation and dynamics. Explore crevasses, ice caves, and unique glacial features.

Try ice climbing on a vertical wall with experienced local alpinists. Test your limits and enjoy the adrenaline rush.


DAY 6: Harding Icefield & Seward 

We will get on a challenging but rewarding hike to the Harding Icefield. Reach the panoramic views of endless ice stretching to the horizon. 


Head to Seward, a charming coastal town known for its stunning landscapes and marine life. Stroll along the waterfront, unique shops and art galleries.


There’s also a possibility for a scenic helicopter flight as additional activity if the weather permits. 


DAY 7:  Fjord Exploration on Private Yacht

Spend the day in Girdwood, a quirky town known for its relaxed atmosphere .

 Visit the Wildlife Sanctuary, home to bears, wolves, moose, caribou, eagles, and other native Alaskan animals.

Relax with a Nordic Spa experience, indulging in hot and cold pools, saunas, and relaxation areas.

Celebrate the end of the journey with a special dinner at a private estate, reminiscing about the adventures shared.

DAY 8: Relaxation in Girdwood

Enjoy a 12-hour day at sea with our favorite captain exploring the Kenai Fjords National Park. 


Cruise through the most remote fjords, reaching areas that typical tourists never see.


Paddle on packrafts next to a glacier face. Enjoy Ocean fishing for rockfish, halibut, salmon, and other species.

  Meet local wildlife include whales, orcas, puffins, sea lions, seals, otters, and other species.

DAY 9: Departure

10:00 AM: Check out and transfer to Anchorage, concluding your life-changing Alaskan adventure!


Reflect on the unforgettable experiences and bid farewell to newfound friends.
